The first thing you have to know about Gilbert is that he came up through the ranks. Gilbert has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for over 6 years, and he has been helping people find the right vehicle for just over 1 year. Gilbert knows all about how things work here and is a great guy to have on your side. With his enthusiasm, friendly easy-going approach and great sense of humor you just know he’ll help you get what you need. The only other person who could be more helpful would be able to grant your wishes in threes and live in a magic lamp! If you are wondering why we call him “Bam,” it is not because he is an Alabama fan. Gilbert is a fan of the “U”. That’s right, the fabled Miami Hurricanes. It’s OK. The Canes keep him humble, not that he needs it. Gilbert has his whole family on his side. They are his biggest fans. When he isn’t here making people happy, Gilbert is fishing and then cooking what he catches.

When I went in to purchase my car they did everything they could to make my experience comfortable. I was not pressured at all. Their service department is excellent. Each time I have needed them they ha they could to make my experience comfortable. I was not pressured at all. Their service department is excellent.
