The first thing you have to know about Gilbert is that he came up through the ranks. Gilbert has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for over 6 years, and he has been helping people find the right vehicle for just over 1 year. Gilbert knows all about how things work here and is a great guy to have on your side. With his enthusiasm, friendly easy-going approach and great sense of humor you just know he’ll help you get what you need. The only other person who could be more helpful would be able to grant your wishes in threes and live in a magic lamp! If you are wondering why we call him “Bam,” it is not because he is an Alabama fan. Gilbert is a fan of the “U”. That’s right, the fabled Miami Hurricanes. It’s OK. The Canes keep him humble, not that he needs it. Gilbert has his whole family on his side. They are his biggest fans. When he isn’t here making people happy, Gilbert is fishing and then cooking what he catches.

I had a great experience working with the title clerk Ms. Deana at the dealership. Her attention to detail in processing paperwork and ensuring accuracy with titles and registrations was impeccable! They had a nice looking 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT clean with 60k miles. It was at the dealership for 117 days I went on a test drive everything felt good but it was making a whine noise. The sales person Gilbert said they would take care of everything before I picked it up. I asked for a remote start to be programmed in which I agreed to pay $200.00 for and a one year bumper to bumper warranty so I was protected. JD the financial guy said the first year of maintenance the dealership would cover also I told the salesman Gilbert that the jack and tools for changing a tire were missing.I paid for the truck in full 04/17/24 but the truck is still not ready for pick up! More

We drove about an hour to pick up a used MKX and Bam was fantastic. While we were there we ended up trading in my wife’s vehicle for Pilot. Again, Bam was very helpful with this purchase. Our salesman Bam, was great. We stopped to look and get information and ended up buying a car. Bam knew the car, even though it was a new model for 2024 and was able to explain We stopped to look and get information and ended up buying a car. Bam knew the car, even though it was a new model for 2024 and was able to explain everything about it and answer our questions. We wanted a car that could be flat towed behind our camper. He knew right-a-way the Envista Avenir was the car. It was loaded with a great package of option and the right color red. The 30 mpg city and 31 mpg highway was a real plus for an all gas car. Within an hour and a half we made a decision that we wanted to buy the car. There was a long wait for the getting information back on financing which was much longer than it should have been. We ended up not getting financing and paid cash on it. We were Able to talk to one of the guys in service and I was felt comfortable that they would be able to car for our new car the way we wanted it to be cared for. They only offer 36 moth warranty unless you want to pay more for a longer warranty. We got printed out instructions on how to dingy tow (flat tow) the car which was very helpful. Unfortunately, Buick does not support customers with factory install of dingy tow packages. We have to go to a third party. Overall, a good experience and good salesman and hopefully a great car. More

GILBERT NIBLACK WAS MY SALESMAN HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING TO MY NEEDS , HE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE AND INTEGRITY OF THE CAR DEALERSHIP.
