The first thing you have to know about Gilbert is that he came up through the ranks. Gilbert has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for over 6 years, and he has been helping people find the right vehicle for just over 1 year. Gilbert knows all about how things work here and is a great guy to have on your side. With his enthusiasm, friendly easy-going approach and great sense of humor you just know he’ll help you get what you need. The only other person who could be more helpful would be able to grant your wishes in threes and live in a magic lamp! If you are wondering why we call him “Bam,” it is not because he is an Alabama fan. Gilbert is a fan of the “U”. That’s right, the fabled Miami Hurricanes. It’s OK. The Canes keep him humble, not that he needs it. Gilbert has his whole family on his side. They are his biggest fans. When he isn’t here making people happy, Gilbert is fishing and then cooking what he catches.

With in 2 weeks buying car brought in for a clank sound when I brake, advised strut and pivot arm loose. Advised tightened and advised checked both sides, within a day and was advised other side was loose when I brake, advised strut and pivot arm loose. This relationship may not be as “long term” as you might wish. I expect to turn 90 in January. Definitely do not intend to buy another car nor did I intend to buy this one. Only a little research showed me the 2015 Encore had a brake problem among others. So now I’m a little poorer but did not feel safe in the 2015 AND any accident would automatically be my fault because of my age. That’s the rest of the story none of which is your fault.
