These offers were expressed to be initial offers before final negotiation prices. Continuing my research I found Boch Toyota website listing the target vehicle and msrp values. I called by phone and got a sale price which was better than my other offers. This sale price got my attention and I promptly scheduled a visit. I was teamed up with Joe Musto to reveiw the car. The price was as described. Joe went into depth about the car, the hybrid system, and the technology and safety features. Joe Musto's demonstrated functions of the vehicle which impressed me and generated excitement for test driving. Joe's approach to sales is very much what I would demand of an interaction: 1. Most important act of acknowledging my partner and making a point to address her by name and include her through the entire experience. The purchase is in my name, but she is also funding the purchase. Joe Musto expressed a real social intelligence through his sales approach. 2. The discussion about the car was very matter of fact. Joe focus on details, offered good answers to my questions without adding unnecessary sales speak. Joe Musto's process of introducing us to the vehicle and explaining structure of the invoice was very clear. 3. Support through the entire sale, which lasted over three hours, and he was watchful to offer resources which made us feel very comfortable. In all, Joe's experience in sales provided us with excellent service. More
