Not good. Dropped yeuckboff with oil leak and check engine light. After paying 1435 dollars. I was in Lakeland visiting my daughter. I was afraid to drive home which is a 2 hour drive. I called the service dept and I was able to get an appointment the same day. They figured out wha I was afraid to drive home which is a 2 hour drive. I called the service dept and I was able to get an appointment the same day. They figured out what my noise was and explained to me what I needed to get done. They told me it would be done in 2 or 3 hours. Now it was 7:30 pm and didn't hear from them. I called and the receptionist put me on hold for awhile and then told me that my car wasn't going to be done. I asked for someone in the shop and she looked into it and told me that my car was done. So, I was not very happy with the first person I spoke to. But in the end, I got my vehicle and was able to go back to my home to Port Charlotte safely. Thank you. More
