I am happy to recommend Fort Bend Gillman. I called Fort Bend Honda Service Dept to look at my AC because I wanted it done right. Bakhshi, a service adviser took my phone call at 6:15pm and s I called Fort Bend Honda Service Dept to look at my AC because I wanted it done right. Bakhshi, a service adviser took my phone call at 6:15pm and said he would wait for me and have a loaner car ready, and they would look at it first thing in the morning. That was impressive. Bakhshi gave me though explanations of what was needed after the technicians looked at it and he explained the cost. They completed it in a timely manner and they did a very good job. The communication was excellent. Bakhshi was very professional and respectful. They let me know when the car was done, and I was 100% satisfied. Don't forget to check out their online coupons. I also know they will stand by their work if I have any problems. I will definitely purchase my next car here because of the service department. Keep up the great service! More

I would have rated this negative 5 star if that is available. Don’t come here. Service dept is unresponsive and unproffesional. Special mention to Juan and the service manager Johnny Cantu. I had issue with the tires after I serviced the car with them. Cracking on the sides of the tire. They said they will not cover it on the warranty unless I purchased it. But I don’t agree with their assessment I did not have those issues before they took the car and I just want them to check with the manufacturer since I bought this car from them as this is not a normal wear & tare issue. Bunch of guys just don’t want to deal handle the issue in a proper way and they tried to make me go away by giving me a contact no. That is so hard to get thru to talk to any person and help with the issue. I was at this facility on 5/5 and when they see that I won’t relent on their explanation they give me that contact no. And they said they will contact the warranty group and check and they will come back to me next day. I gave them time to check and come back to me to update. But I did not get any update unless you contact them plus if you are lucky to get thru them. After a week or so I was lucky to get thru Johny after me going thru the hoops of contacting Honda Gillman cope concierge. So Johny said that it was rejected. I told him so it just took a Gillman concierge to get that answer and we have waited for weeks! This is the kind of service you get. No update from them unless your are lucky to get thru them. So I told Johny ok, I disagree with the rejection but put it in writing so that it’s official and he said yes but until not I’m waiting for nothing. I tried to reach him on the phone but I had no luck, it either no one is answering or they will say he is not is not in the office or he is in a meeting.I followed up our conversation with an email after our call, so I already sent like 3 follow up and still no response. So this is the kind of service you gonna get if you go with them. Right now I’m trying to cancel my service and extended warranty agreement with them but even that I’m have a hard time. I don’t usually put a review like this but this case is really different. So avoid this place at all cost. Thank me later. More

At time of proposal after 3hrs of negotiation sales rep stated x amount would be the price which was what we wanted and made us sign the agreed price. What he didn't say it that he had already included the stated x amount would be the price which was what we wanted and made us sign the agreed price. What he didn't say it that he had already included the trade in when we clearly told him not to include that number in the proposal. We went up there the following day to cancel the contract because numbers were not adding up to what we agreed per manager on one of the days stated it was ok to cancel just to bring car back. The next day we drop car off they were still trying to negotiate we lasted 2hrs just for them to tell us they can't break the contract. I would never recommend this place as they are not honest and always change the story. More

Had to get a manager on the phone because the sales rep was not being honest with me about my financing and wouldn't give me details remotely since I have no vehicle at the moment. Calling him assertive and pushy would be too nice. Despite asking the manager several times for a finance proposal with no addons I could not get a version that showed numbers anywhere close to my prequal from the bank. I guess they can keep their overpriced junker. More

Not Happy! Went in because I wanted to find a great deal on a new Honda Accord. So I get there, and they have no accords on the lot. They tell me leave a $1000 deposit to put my name on a car that hasn't even been completed yet. Estimated delivery date 2-3 months. Felt uncomfortable but I gave them the deposit. Went home and started seen they have hundreds of bad reviews. Everywhere I looked, people were saying how shady this dealership was. Really regretting the deposit. 2 days later, I called them and asked for a refund because I did not feel right about the deal that they offered. Nope, no refund. Sorry Sir. You signed that paper so we got ya! xxxx, really? You are a dealership? Customer service? Satisfaction guaranteed? I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, and never have I been so unhappy with the way they conduct business. I can see why everyone and their mother are giving them bad reviews. It's to warn others not to shop with "Shady" business. So many other car dealerships who are trustworthy and who treat you right. I thought the manager would make things right, but he was the worst of them all. All he could say was "well you signed it didn't you?" Now that's customer service!!! More

I paid for a 2018 Infiniti QX 80 unfortunately for me they knew it was a bad car and they want ahead to sell it without fixing the problem. They didn’t release the car till after about 2days after I paid, sadly 2days after I got the car the check engine light came up again, I took the car back to them and for over 2weeks they couldn’t rectify the issue with the car, eventually they called me by the 3wk to come pick up the car, to my surprise the check engine light still came up less than 30miles after I drove out of their facility. They will claim their sale is final irrespective of the condition of the car the sold to you. They will not accept any responsibility at any level at all. Please don’t be the next victim More
