My experience with Audi Creve Coeur was truly one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Upon inquiring about the used vehicle I was interested in, I was fortunate enough to hit the lottery by getting the opportunity to work with Mike Caros. Mike is amazing! Not only is he extremely down to earth and a pleasure to work with, he is a true ambassador for the Audi Brand and the Audi Creve Coeur Dealership. The love and passion he has for Audi clearly shows through every aspect of the car buying journey. He doesn't just take you for a test drive in your chosen vehicle, he takes you on a journey of discovery. He spends time discussing the operation of the vehicle so that you get the most out of the experience. He doesn't just want you to enjoy driving an Audi, he wants you to understand, appreciate and love the Audi. I worked with both Gina Giuffrida and Lauren Young, in Finance. They are both wonderful. I worked with Gina at the time of the initial purchase and she did all the paper work. She spent time to explain the existing warranty and the extended warranty and maintenance package options that were available. She is extremely knowledgeable and it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. I came back in a week later to finalize the extended warranty that I decided to purchase and get Crystal Fusion added to the vehicle. I had to pleasure of working with Lauren. Again, another experience that made me feel I was having a conversation with a friend. Even though I came in with one warranty plan in mind, Lauren went through the options again to make sure that I had the plan that best fit my needs. I felt both Gina and Lauren went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a comprehensive understanding of the plans and really wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Because of the experience I've had with every interaction, Audi Creve Couer will be where I go to get service on my vehicle. I have every confidence that they will take care of my vehicle with the same care that they take with their clients. More
