Pro: repairs were done in a timely manner, I got a phone call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was prom call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was promised to me by the sales person and the repairs dispatcher, but when I arrived to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, I had to convince the guy at the front desk, since he got no word from anyone about the loaner). Overall: if you have patience, it will be okay, but this shop is as dysfunctional as any other. :) More

Had to evacuate to NJ from Florida due to Hurricane Milton and needed standard service.for my VW. Hamilton got me in and taken care of when other VW dealerships put me off and said I would need to pay Milton and needed standard service.for my VW. Hamilton was great, took care of my needs, was very friendly and even cleaned my vehicle getting me ready for my long drive back to Florida and honored the Vw service agreement. More
