I had 11 am appointment for oil change. I was late because other car crashed to my vehicle on the way to dealership. Ginny was so nice she took care of me even I was one hour late. She helped me also when I was calling the insurance to report the claim. My Golf was ready and inspected in no time. My stress was gone I knew my car mechanically was safe to drive. Ginny is really great! She takes care of my car for many years! I went another time for brake service and Michael was my service man. He is very kind, professional, has a lot of experience as a service manager. He helped me very much by going above and beyond. Thank you very much for the continued great service! I recommend this office to everyone. They are the best of the best service man you can always trust. !!! :) :) :) More
