Your dedication to voice mail communications only, is very frustrating, as you have to be insist actually speak to a human, if you any any questions. You have a direct phone number for service, but the only thing you get is a recording, asking for a message to be placed , and then your recording says you will get back to us within 24 hours. That doesn’t help when you have an immediate need to speak to someone. How about fixing that ! More
