In June and our Black Tiguan received it's free oil change which is each year in June appropriately with the added charged haldex and brake fluid changes....that are needed every few years. I have been a customer for decades. . Until this recent service appt, I never felt that the dealer was trying to rip me off. I told the service advisor to NOT check the Check Engine Lig . Until this recent service appt, I never felt that the dealer was trying to rip me off. I told the service advisor to NOT check the Check Engine Light since it was no longer on. Ginny heard me tell him not to do it. I was charged $159 for a diagnostic that I specifically asked not to be done. I hope I can feel comfortable having my car serviced here in the future More
