Before COVID, for nine years I traveled 22 miles south for car care. However, post COVID there has been a shortage of auto mechanics. As a result, the car care I was getting before had taken a stressful s for car care. However, post COVID there has been a shortage of auto mechanics. As a result, the car care I was getting before had taken a stressful shift. At times, service delays accompanied with month long waiting periods to get my care in. So, I started going to Hamilton VW. I am glad I did! They know their regulars by name which is very amiable and hospitable. To add to their exceptional service they had a scheduled loaner vehicle waiting when I dropped my car off, so I could continue on with my day. Staff has been professional and kind every time I have been there. I am glad I made the stress free switch to getting local service of excellence to get my car care needs taken care of. More
