Brought my car in because the rear hatch would not open. Was told since my car was rear ended 8 months ago and repaired that they would not honor the extended warranty. The hatch opened fine for 8 months af Was told since my car was rear ended 8 months ago and repaired that they would not honor the extended warranty. The hatch opened fine for 8 months after it was repaired. The repair tech had no idea why the hatch wouldn’t open. As far as I am concerned the extended warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. More

I have been going to Hamilton VW for over 15 years and have always had a good experience. Tom and Ginny have always taken care of my service needs and have done a great job of keeping me informed of any i have always had a good experience. Tom and Ginny have always taken care of my service needs and have done a great job of keeping me informed of any issues raised by the service technician. Recently my 2015 Touareg TDI required a significant amount of shop time to diagnose a complicated issue with the AdBlue system and the ECM module. Tom gave me regular updates from the service technician until the problem was resolved. Car runs great now and the service was covered under VW’s extended warranty. Doesn’t get any better than that! More

Customer service sucks they cannot fix a piece on my door after 3 attempts and 300. Also after you buy their VW they tell you to go so.eace else for service. Rude. Unqualified. Horrible service.
