Hamilton Volkswagen is awesome. My wife messed up the day I was to bring my GTI in for service , ( 1 day before the scheduled day) and Ginny was able to get me in and not make me come back for the scheduled I was to bring my GTI in for service , ( 1 day before the scheduled day) and Ginny was able to get me in and not make me come back for the scheduled day. I had to drop my VW for service and schedule it when my daughter was home for college on the weekend. I was easily able to make the appointment and the vehicle was completed when promised. Ginny at Hamilto daughter was home for college on the weekend. I was easily able to make the appointment and the vehicle was completed when promised. 20k service review scheduling through their online web site was quick and easy and when I dropped off the car the review of what needed to be done and the time required scheduling through their online web site was quick and easy and when I dropped off the car the review of what needed to be done and the time required was spot on.
