Top Notch Customer Service Ginny’s customer service was above any service I’ve ever received. She listened to my concerns, kept me informed on the work that needed be done, the Ginny’s customer service was above any service I’ve ever received. She listened to my concerns, kept me informed on the work that needed be done, the amount it would cost and was extremely helpful in navagating things with my insurance company. She was understanding when my insurance company was not responsive, guiding me through what the process typically looks like from her experience. I’m a full time working parent that doesn’t have the luxury of stopping everything in my life to have service done on my car Ginny was empathetic to this and was able to provide me with a loaner car from the dealership which made day to day life manageable. More

The service I requested was performed within the timeframe I was advised While having my car serviced I decided to look into my options for a purchase. Pete offered me a car that met my needs and price range and I was able to buy the car and drive it off the lot that day. More
