Service department is great. They were efficient and upfront with me. Would recommend their service. Their sales department is AWFUL!! The lack of concern for customer service and "you are wasting my ti upfront with me. Would recommend their service. Their sales department is AWFUL!! Waste of Money and Time I took my 2014 Volkswagen Passat to see why the check engine light was on. They informed me that the vehicle was burning oil, approximately 3 quarts s I took my 2014 Volkswagen Passat to see why the check engine light was on. They informed me that the vehicle was burning oil, approximately 3 quarts since the last oil change. They recommended spending approximately over $400 to do an oil consumption test. I declined as the test wouldn't do more than tell us it was losing oil. They then performed another oil change and told me to keep an eye on it. I was told that a possible engine block replacement could be in the future. I took it to a local repair center who trouble shot the issue and found the PCV/Oil Separator to be faulty. Why would a local repair shop know more than the dealer is beyond me. I got charged approximately $231.00 by the dealer and told I might have to replace the engine??? I also own a 2018 Mazda CX-9 from this dealer and will be taking elsewhere for all my repair needs. More
