Gino came right up and gave us the rundown on this once in a lifetime deal on the Silverado 1500 LT. I wasn't aware of this and didn't think it was going to be possible with the budget I had, but Gino made it possible. Not only did I get the truck of my dreams for a steal, I also got the exact color I was looking for. Gino made this the easiest car buying experience I've had and would recommend everyone to go to Paul Masse and work with him. More

Great Experience We came to visit this dealership by way of an on line ad. Our salesperson, Gino, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We reached an agreement that was fair to us and to the dealer with both the trade in and with the purchase of our used truck. The day following our negotiations we came back to finish the paperwork and pick up the truck. Before we entered the showroom Gino yells over to me "we put new tires on it". The tires that were on it originally were adequate but I knew we would probably wan to put new ones on in about 6 months before winter hits. I was totally floored. I said to Gino "your generosity makes me speechless". What a class act Gino and his dealership is. We never demanded new tires, we never asked for them. It was totally unexpected. More

He heard what we wanted and needed and did an excellent job of exceeding our expectations to find the perfect vehicle for our family. Paul was organized which meant he respected our time, very important to us. He was knowledgeable and thorough in the purchasing process from start to finish. He was courteous and answered ALL of our questions, no matter how simple they may have been. The atmosphere of the dealership and waiting room was inviting and welcoming. The kids enjoyed a water bottle, warm cocoa, and a snack while they waited, another plus for our family. We are looking forward to our future working relationship. More

Paul was by far the best salesman, I have ever dealt with,(I buy a lot of cars) he was honest and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want, his customer service was outstanding, and Gino that with,(I buy a lot of cars) he was honest and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want, his customer service was outstanding, and Gino that helped me when I first got there and Paul was busy had great customer service helping me pick the color of the car and giving me the test drive. Overall I would reccomend this dealership to my friends and I would personally go back and buy another car!! More
