Gino was great! check my record I have perfect credit but the finance people have all been so hard core. Just as an example I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THE EXTRAS WHEN I FEEL THEY ARE PUSHING TOO HARD!! I would rather pay more in the long run than let a pushy finance person make me feel badly. I could go on and on but I do not like the approach of these people . I understand this is where the $ is made but I will never buy this policy as long as they behave this way. Call me if you want more information. More

I was able to visit and test drive the eTron and the Q8 quickly and efficiently due to the lease department's scheduling. Then when the right car was on its way to the dealership the lease department (Gino) notified me and I was able to test drive that car quickly and was able to set up a new lease quickly the next day.
