Nathaniel was nothing shy of awesome. He listened, and really related well with my Son & I. He worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was attentive and informative every step of the way. 10/10 service!!!! The next part of this review has absolutely nothing to do with Nathaniel or the service I received from him. I cannot express enough how great he was. As for Kunes, while Gino in finance was friendly, I waited over an hour after signing off on our deal which left me very frustrated and seemed as though I was rushed into my paperwork as the sales office had been closed for over an hour at that point. Also, I specifically told the Sales manager, Phil, that I was preapproved and the credit had already been run, I only gave permission to run my credit once more with BMO Harris as I am an employee there and within minutes of giving that permission, I had an alert that Kunes had run my credit 11 times....that’s 9 more times than I authorized, which I was very angry about. That affects my credit score in a negative manner for the next 3 years. Extremely deceiving on his part. More

I strongly recommend this place, they went above and beyond to get me approved for a car.
