I am very disappointed with my overall experience at Southfork CDJR. When we first arrived, Andrew Moody, sales manager, met us on the lot and told us he would make us a “great deal” on a 2018 Yukon Southfork CDJR. When we first arrived, Andrew Moody, sales manager, met us on the lot and told us he would make us a “great deal” on a 2018 Yukon Denali XL that had been sitting on their lot for some time. He then had our salesman, Gip Sills, show us the vehicle. After sitting down to negotiate pricing, we were told by another sales manager that the “best deal” they could offer was the same price already advertised online—there was no deal made at all, despite what we were initially told. During the test drive, we noticed the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) was not working, even though the vehicle had brand new tires (which likely had to be installed by the dealership to pass inspection). We brought this up and asked for it to be addressed. I asked Gip to put it on the “We Owe” and he told us it did not need to be placed on the “We Owe” because if we brought the vehicle back after the sale, they would take care of it. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. Since the purchase, I have reached out to Gip Sills several times and he has not returned a single call. The only positive experience I have had at this dealership was working with Duncan Koonce. He returns calls, communicates clearly and effectively, and follows through on what he says. I went in the day before Thanksgiving, and he spoke directly with the used car manager, Andrew Mookdy, who told him they would take care of the TPMS issue but didn’t have the parts at the time. I was told to return the week after Thanksgiving, and they would install three TPMS sensors that were missing. When I called the following Tuesday to confirm the parts had arrived, Duncan informed me that management had changed their position and would no longer cover the repair. He explained that he was told it would only have been covered if it had been on the “We Owe” or if we had purchased an extended warranty. Duncan handled the situation professionally and with integrity, and my experience with him is the level of service I wish I had received from everyone at Southfork CDJR. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I later completed the dealership survey and clearly outlined these issues while scoring the experience accordingly. To date, not a single person has reached out to follow up, acknowledge my concerns, or attempt to make things right. Based on my experience, I would personally recommend shopping elsewhere. More

Finally a positive note on a not so great of a 2025 for me and my family . From the moment Dylan contacted me when I clicked interested on the ad for a 2024 Ram Big horn Lonestar Edition Crew Cap it was no me and my family . From the moment Dylan contacted me when I clicked interested on the ad for a 2024 Ram Big horn Lonestar Edition Crew Cap it was nothing but professional service . Dylan set up a time so he could make sure he was available to help me see the Truck or any others to compare. I broke my left leg 4 weeks ago and im still not very mobile. Getting in and out of trucks is tough right now, but they was very patient with meand even asked if there was something they could do to help me get in the truck. Dylan answered my flurry of questions and educated me with professionalism and facts instead of just added opinions into a scripted sales pitch. Everything the Ad showed he confirmed on the truck was true. Wasn't a car lot using a eye catcher to just get you too their lot. I hopped in and took a quick test drive then had to leave and come back due to an appt. They was understanding , and gavesame great service when i came back later with my wife. It felt like chatting with your best buddy, instead of a salesman you just met. There's some really great deals on the lot of used and a great inventory of New Trucks , Jeeps , cars , even the new EV. If you are into 4x4 trucks I'd recommend driving in to South Fork CDJR and check out their Rocky Ridge edition Trucks. Want to talk about a great looking packaging front to back for a truck? I wish I had funds for 2 or 3 more. Sorry got sidetracked day dreaming . Where was I , oh yeah ! If you think , nah I won't get approved , think again , and head in and Let one of these sales professionals help you out Dylan Florrow , or Gip Sills. They will work their magic on getting you started with a perfect fit vehicle of your liking. Rich Gregory will finish off the great service with a meet and greet hand shake before crunching the numbers and Gaston Gomez in Finance will handle the paperwork friendly , fast, and as painless to thepocket as possible. Quickest and least amount of time ive spent at a car lot buying ever. Head in and buy so you can ring the GONG like I did! ( never got to do before) Thank you again to the staff at South Fork CDJR. My family appreciates your fast and professional service and can't forget honorable mention to Duncan. Man it was very close to my wife getting that Plum challenger. 2 doors and she UBERS on the side just doesn't match up, but that car melted herheart. It also showed how well you pay attention to customers. You heard her and my son chatting about it , so best sales tactic ever , just pull up pipes mesmerizing the air with their presence, and bring her the keys. I applaud you. Then there's our 16 year old son , he loved the viewing of the new Stage 2, and man them new RAM Trucks are going to fly off the lot. Yall im telling you right now, Truck fanatics that like decked out flare yall ain't ready for whats coming!!!! Dodge is in beast mode 2026!!!!!! More
