My "K" brand car's lease was winding down, wasn't in love with the car or that dealership, not ready to give up on having a manual, and my search led me to a Crosstrek at World Subaru. Girsh got the car ready for my test drive and in less than 10 minutes behind the wheel, I knew the Crosstrek was for me. Returning from my test drive, I just as quickly realized World Subaru was the dealership for me too. Girsh was helpful, professional, and caring during the entire process from paperwork until I drove away. Josh in finance was thorough, kind, and patient in explaining everything step by step. Nicole in delivery was friendly and enthusiastic in explaining the bells and whistles. I've had the Crosstrek a little over a week and can see my hanging on to it after my lease is up. More

He also steered us away from others that would not. Nicole helped to explain "plain & simple" all the electronic "bells and whistles" as she has done with previous purchases. The process has changed so much in purchasing a vehicle over the years. At World Subaru, I have to say that through all of these changes, the one constant that remains is the fact that you will always work with good people. We know if or when there is reason to bring the car in for an oil change or for another whatever, that the service area, (second to none), will have our backs as well. More
