I live in Long Island NY and obviously started looking for my new car at local dealerships. The more I talked to local salespersons, the more I was getting frustrated – they all were giving uncertain and controversial answers and I got the feeling that they are not eager to sell at all….. So I stretched my search to other states – NJ and Connecticut and lucky I am I contacted World Subaru and was put through to Mr. Girsh Berman. From the very beginning I realized that he is a highly motivated and experienced person but his approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him. He took his time to answer all my questions in a highly professional manner. So during my first conversation with Mr. Girsh I decided not to shop around any longer and we sealed the deal. All the process was smooth and pretty fast, everything was done over the phone and in my favor. I want to thank Mr. Girsh once again – he is a true professional and staying true to his word. Our complete satisfaction would not be possible without the assistance of Tara Mullins, who guided us to all new features of the car and helped to set the phones and navigation. We just came home with our 2022 Ascent limited. We absolutely LOVE the car and the buying experience at World Subaru was amazing as usual. He kept in touch with us every step of the way, came in on his day off TWICE to accommodate our busy schedule. Between my wife and I and our families, this is our 6th car from World Subaru. We started with a brand new 2017 Forester from Josh, that went so perfect that my entire family and my wife family purchased vehicles from Josh. When it was time to trade in our Forester we came back and bought the Ascent from Girsh. We couldn't be happier, Tara did an amazing job of reviewing all the gadgets and goodies that came with the Ascent. I was lucky enough to work with Josh again on the finance end of the car and we are so thrilled. My father in law will be in next month to trade in my mother in laws car and buy a new car.
