Shopping around for the perfect car, dealing with dealers, and traveling can be very time consuming and frustrating. I finally found the vehicle I wanted and Sterling Chevrolet had a great 4.5 star review. Looked at their website for the BEST sales person based on customer reviews,customer satisfaction, and that whereb found YESENIA FONSECA a 5 star sales associate with AWESOME customer reviews. I reached out to her on the dealers website and texted her my interest on said vehicle at 8pm expecting to her from her the next morning or afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to not only hear back from her within 15 minutes but she was also at home with her children when she replied back. I informed about my interest in the 2022 C8 corvette and asked if it was still available. She was unsure at the time about the availibility of the car and would inquire about it first thing the next morning. The next day she texted me that it was still up for grabs and informed me about the process in which to obtain and purchase it. I live 3 hours away and she treated me as if we had met in person and made me feel I was important not only as a potential client but an actual person. She worked out the all of the details of the holding the car, the history, and the sales price all the while keeping me informed every step of the way. I gave her my best scenario for the financing and within 30 minutes we negotiated the final sales price and finalized the deal through minimal texting and phone calls. The day came for me to pick up the car and she went out of her way to make sure she was there when I arrived, she went as far to make sure the car was prepped the day before I arrived with a full tank of fuel and interior/exterior detail. I was very surprised to see this C8 not only in prestige condition but saw it had a sold sign with my full name on it - such a small detail made me feel like a valued client and customer. Buying a vehicle is one thing but making you feel valued means so much when investing your hard earned money into their product. YESENIA did such an awesome job from start to finish even going as so far set up the infotainment system, pairing my phone, and showing me how to work the infinite array of buttons and convertible feature. I walked away not only getting my dream car but found a sales person and dealership I trust and will business with in the near future. Darnell went above and beyond to help me get the car that I truly wanted. I was very set on a monthly payment, and he was able to accommodate my wants and needs and get me the car I’ve always wanted. ev that I truly wanted. And then continued onto a Saturday where we went back-and-forth multiple times due to my stubbornness, and he was patient enough to wait for my final decision. I had an event to get to on Saturday night and he assured me that signing the car would only take a few minutes, which it did and I was able to pull out of the lot with my dream car and make it to the event on time. I have always gotten my cars through Starling Chevrolet, but he made this Car buying experience seamless. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a new vehicle. More

Darnell isn’t high pressure, he was someone I could trust enough that I didn’t even need to come into the dealership to buy the truck. I got a video of everything I needed to see. Called Starling dealership as I was in town on vacation from Atlanta. Found a truck that I wanted to look at and scheduled an appt to come look at the truck. Once I arrived to the dealer I found out that I was at the wrong dealer. I was upset and angry but instead of letting me leave Marcus asked if I would allow him to see if he could find the same deal for me. Happy to say Marcus and the Sales manager went to work right away and found me a 24 GMC within the hour. They kept the energy positive the entire time and would recommend everyone to trust them and allow them to work a deal for them. I’m more than satisfied with my experience and hope to do business in the future. More
