From when Joe Tompkins first called and followed-up on my web site visit, Our experience with World Subaru was the best car buying experience-ever. From when Joe Tompkins first called and followed-up on my web site visit, to when my wife and I first came in to meet with JG (Glen) Miller. There was never any pressure, instead just real strong information about options and pricing. All options were discussed, leasing vs buying, which level Forester, accessories, etc. to buy. JR was responding to my texts and emails throughout those days - there was never any interest or need going to any other dealership, even though 2 dealerships were closer, it just didn't make sense. Nicole was awesome with some us the many details of the electronics! In a field loaded with hard-driving Sales guys, the World Subaru Team is on their game. I will absolutely recommend the World Subaru to my friends and family. More

Number 1 pick for your car purchase! I am a very precise shopper and knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I was even more precise with the fair price I wanted to pay. It has been a while since I made a vehicle purchase, reason being is I abhor the sales process. I have dealt with 5 dealers before I came across World Subaru. Living at quite a distance, I didn't think it was possible to negotiate a fair deal remotely but I must say World Subaru made the process very seamless for me. From the beginning, the Internet sales associate Vanessa Obregon was very prompt and professional with my inquiry. I explained to her my distance restrictions, the car I was interested in as well as my criteria and offer. The interaction with Vanessa was crucial as she gave me a GREAT first impression. Not only did she listen to me, she relayed the information to my sales associate, Glen Miller, perfectly without me having to re-explain anything. Vanessa assured me Glen would work diligently to earn my business. Glen was such a delight to work with and he went above and beyond to EARN my business. He worked so efficiently to appraise my trade in, review credit application and address all questions and concerns regarding the vehicle REMOTELY. The final sales negotiator was with the sales manager, Shane Henderson and he was also very accommodating. My husband and I explained very clearly the fair price we wanted to pay for the vehicle and both Shane and Glenn did everything they could to meet my bottom line. Glenn was very assuring throughout the process and his professionalism is the main reason I chose to buy a car from World Subaru. The entire sales process took 3 days exactly and 100% of the pre-work was done remotely via emails and calls. The day of purchase went very smoothly as Glen was very organized and prepared and my husband and I didn't need to spend much time at the dealership. I was also very satisfied with my interaction with Shane and the Finance Manager Michael Warnock. The car was, as advertised, in immaculate condition and it also came with a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty, 2 first complimentary oil change and tire rotation. After the purchase, Glen followed up to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase and with the service I received. Their Service Coordinator, Jessica Wenninger, also followed up to schedule my first complimentary oil change as well. Working for the one of the biggest tech companies, I must say I am so proud to see how efficient World Subaru is with their capabilities to work remotely with customers. In all, I highly recommend World Subaru in Tinton Falls and Glen Miller. Glen is the best vehicle sales associate I have ever worked with. Fantastic Sales Team JR and his team at World Subaru are the best! I was quoted a price online, and once i got to the dealership, they stuck by the quote and we were in a JR and his team at World Subaru are the best!
