World subaru was clean, the guys working on the floor kept checking for any customers which may need help-which is just a sign of a well run business. (i didnt even mind waiting bc I liked the open environment, everyone was doing something, and my sales guy Glen, was cool and down to earth- I felt like i was buying a car from a friend, he sat me down, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived, we took care of the deal beforehand on the price and some leasing stuff, we blitzed thru the papers-he explained all the important stuff, and didnt force one thing out of me. In. Out. Quick. "any questions? Call me here, dont forget you have this this and that, and if any problems, call/come back and ill take care of it." Shows me the car, and then I spoke with the final guy (finance manager and took care of payments) and we left. Great! Love the car, cant wait to send refferals to glen "J.R" miller. Love that he got me a manual impreza while noone had one in stock and everyone else kept giving me the "when can you come in?" runaround. Wish all transactions in business were this smooth and drama free (im looking at you, richard lucas subaru-never again!!) Def one of the good ones out there- Glen "R. Excellent Dealership My brother who is deaf was badly in need of a more reliable vehicle as he works two jobs and travels Rte 287 in the early morning hours. Plus his daily commute for both jobs is about 110 miles. We both live in central NJ and could have purchased a vehicle closer to us. Specially along Rte 22! Plus I hate to say it but he still gets taken advantaged of due to his handicap. We ended up at World Subaru after finding a few Foresters in Autotrader. The Forester we purchased was what was described but having met up with JR (Glen Miller) was the best part of the experience. He was very pleasant and got us in and out in no time. Very patient as I had to sign everything to my brother to make sure he understood what he was getting. They gave us an acceptable value for our trade plus an awesome interest rate for my brother who has a less than perfect credit score. Now he can re-establish his credit and thank you for the efforts from Michael(Warnock) with finance and World Subaru. If you want to deal with an excellent sales associate, ask for JR. You want an excellent Subaru dealership, deal with World Subaru in beautiful Tinton Falls, NJ. Did I say that they even fed us pizza! And did I say JR was courteous , cool and top notch? He is!
