Went in for some preliminary shopping and said specifically and repeatedly I was not going to buy as I did not have my spouse with me. Despite this Glenn tried to pressure me into a sale, going a specifically and repeatedly I was not going to buy as I did not have my spouse with me. Despite this Glenn tried to pressure me into a sale, going as far as putting down a number on a piece of paper, drew a line with an X next to it and dropped a pen on the paper. This tells me he either doesn’t listen/care, or puts profit over customer service. Either way I find this highly disrespectful and talked him out of a guaranteed sale in a few weeks. My salesman unfortunately lost money out of his wallet because of Glenn. More

The manager was also very accommodating to our needs. It was really the most seamless vehicle purchasing process I’ve ever had, and I’m happy I got a great car at the right price.
