Fantastic Service. I had a small emergency. My wife ran over a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. I called and the Service Department told me to come right ove I had a small emergency. My wife ran over a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. I called and the Service Department told me to come right over. They fit me in and handled my scheduled maintenance at the same time. .. I am extremely grateful for the friendly, prompt service I have received and grateful that they were able to fit me in on short notice. More

I just love the dealership and have all my repairs there as well. I recently had a serious problem and they did everything they could for me, especially Anthony, the service manager. In general the service at Rye Subaru has been good. But, I think it's important to explain to the consumer specific details of car repair much like one would expect from a health care provider. As an example: I didn't know how important a gasket is to preventing oil leaks until I looked it up on the internet. I would have appreciated the person who delivered the news that there was an issue with oil leaking to have explained a bit more about how the gasket worked in this regard. More

Not sure if I would recommend this service center. Work use to be outstanding, however my last visit was not the best. I would rather be told that they cannot do the work or recommend someone else perform the work than to pay and continue to have same problem. More

I was told that my catalytic converter had a crack in it and was leaking. The timing belt and pulleys needed to be replaced. That's several bulbs around the car had to be replaced. I took my car to a mechan and was leaking. The timing belt and pulleys needed to be replaced. That's several bulbs around the car had to be replaced. I took my car to a mechanic who went over it with a fine tooth comb. Catalytic converter had no issues. The only bulbs that needed replacement were the headlights. Yes the time about police need to be addressed. So instead of spending $3,600 for the catalytic converter and $1,900 for the timing belt and pulleys. I can have the job done for way under what you were going to charge me for the timing belt and pulleys from a reputable garage. I have been going to Rye Ford Subaru for years and I'm totally disappointed and being told that I need it to replace something for $3,600 when it did not need to be replaced at all. Other than that the oil change the patch on the tire was fine. More
