I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was on the fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and a fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and all of my questions. We went over all of the features of the ATS that day. She was very laid back and was not pushy at all (as the Audi dealer was). She let me set up a test drive on my own time, and set my own pace for the car buying process. She responded to my emails very quickly, and did not fill up my phones voice mail with messages. She was very flexible in being able to meet to finalize the deal during a time my parents would be able to be there, as this was my first major purchase and I wanted them there for it. They detailed the car and had it ready before I was done signing all of the paperwork! Glenn did an excellent job explaining everything that I was signing. He brought light to a process that tends lengthy and boring. I even shook Mr. Kelly's hand, who congratulated my on my purchase and stressed that if he can help with anything, to let him know. He even put aside a hat for me because he felt that the ones that he had weren't cool enough. That family definitely has a one of a kind business that I would recommend to anyone. Follow up after the sale has been unexpected. Julie has been very helpful, answering any questions that I have had about the car, in a very prompt manner. She even offered to set up a time where she would meet me somewhere or I could meet at the dealership to go over any questions that may have popped up since delivery of the car, which I feel is a step that goes above and beyond! Looked at several cars at over 5 dealerships. We knew how much we wanted to spend on a luxury sport sedan and what we could get for our budget.
