I have been looking for a Cadillac for sometime. Just couldn't find one that really suited me. Browsed the net and found Kelly Cadillac. Within seconds found my "Dream Car". Our experience exceeded professionalism on every level. The treatment we received was above and beyond expectations, with total sincerity. We would travel back to purchase another car when the time comes without hesitation. I would recommend Kelly Cadillac to anyone we know. This car buying experience was so easy, and actually fun! Julie was matter of fact, up front & very genuine. She was very attentive, energetic and it's obvious she likes her job - she's very good at it. S Julie was matter of fact, up front & very genuine. She's also a car girl after my own heart, as she has beautful older, convertible Saab that she takes to shows! Glenn did our paperwork. He also impressed me. On the last line of the "we owe" (the customer) sheet - he wrote "continued great service." I thought that was very thoughtful - it made me smile. They both also stayed after closing time until I ran back home to grab some items to complete the sale that day, just so I could take the car home that night. Everyone was great, and I would highly recommend this dealership all the way around. More

I purchased a 4 door work truck to enable 4 or 5 employees to ride in 1 vehicle to travel to job sites. Parking on job sites are often crowded and sometimes vehicles are limited. I was pleased with the price we agreed on and the car in person was, exactly the way Julie described it to me which I greatly appreciated. I drove from Sag Harbor NY to pick this car up and I have to say I would do it again because all of the employees my fiance and I met and dealt with were very nice, thorough and professional not your common car sales person with cheesy gimmicks and sales pitches.
