The speakers were blown already and it had deep scratches on the paint by the drivers do We purchased a new 2019 Limited 4Runner less than a week ago. The speakers were blown already and it had deep scratches on the paint by the drivers door and the hood. We were told by our sales rep that he would have those taken out. This week we dropped it off and he replaced the speakers and had the vehicle buffed. This was great however there is still a deep visible scratch on the hood PLUS my pinstripe was ripped during the buffing process. When I contacted my sales rep I was informed that was the best they could do for us. Years ago we had a horrible experience at Toyota and my husband said we would never purchase a Toyota again. My husband gave in because I wanted a 4Runner and now I have to say 'You were right" because we are left with a brand new Toyota with scratches and ripped pinstripe! More

No nonsense, smooth sailing experience! I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for at Lithia Toyota Odessa so recently listed that it did not yet have pictures listed. Whomever at the dealership that listed the vehicle had the forethought to include the options via RPO codes. I am the enthusiast type, so I knew exactly which codes reflected the option packages that I sought. After seeing this, I inquired immediately via TrueCar.com I received a call and text from Angela Aduato bright and early the following morning. As I am not a morning person, I was grateful for her relaxed, upfront, and informative approach. I had a battery of questions that she had most of the answers to. Those that she did not have, she called me and hour later and provided. The following day I drove two hours to testdrive and inspect the vehicle, which I found to be exactly as advertised and meticulously detailed. It was at this point that Angela and I began the negotiation process at her desk. As far as negotiations for a vehicle go, this experience was best that I’ve ever had. As we got close to an agreed price, the GM came out and discussed the market with me for a bit which was much appreciated. Justin was as level-headed as I’ve ever interacted with at a dealership. He made a final offer that was as fair as I could expect. After mulling over it for a night, I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. Even the closing experience was the most painless I’ve had in my car-buying experience. I spoke with Dwayne and emailed my insurance and sat with Glenn for the closing. We had great conversation and he had me buttoned up in less than an hour. Bottom line: Angela was a joy to work, and the rest of the team at Lithia in Odessa followed suit. I went home after the best buying experience I’ve had in recent memory, this is saying something as I go through a fair amount of vehicles. I’d recommend this place to anyone including friends and family. More

But after reading reviews we decided to check out the Toyota’s which had awesome reviews.,We also were going to go from a 4 runner to a car as our grandchildren are older and we knew a car would be more economical. We really were not sure if we would like a car or not. Walking into the dealership we were met with friendly smiling faces. We had done an application online and I had spoken to Angelia. She greeted us and we felt very comfortable. We drove the Corolla XSE which has an outward appearance of looking sporty. When we looked inside it had all of the features we were looking for. Angelia worked with us to get us what we were wanting in our trade in and our payments very close to our request. She could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Glenn was the financing manager and was amazing. We drove away in our new vehicle knowing we made an awesome deal and a new friend. I could not recommend her any higher than this. We will send family and friends to talk to her when their ready for a new vehicle. If your looking for a dealership with amazing vehicles that truly cares visit Lithia Toyota. They will treat you like family. Ask for Angelia! More
