I had a bad business experience with Glenn. After receiving my deposit for a HRV EXL, Glenn refused to update me on the status up to two weeks. I finally give up and requested my refund. After After receiving my deposit for a HRV EXL, Glenn refused to update me on the status up to two weeks. I finally give up and requested my refund. After a week I called the finance office only to be informed the he did not put in a request for my refund which he told me he did. I wish I had never encountered him. More
