From the initial purchase being top notch as well as, my scheduled service appointments, all have been the most stress-free dealership experiences ever. I had a minor concern that required immediate atten scheduled service appointments, all have been the most stress-free dealership experiences ever. I had a minor concern that required immediate attention. I was feeling uneasy, thinking it was more of something major and wanted an appointment asap. Kevin(service manager) and Brandon got me in immediately, retained my vehicle to trouble shoot and weigh out where the issue was deriving from. Once located, they repaired where the issue was deriving from as well as any components that possibly were affected in the area around the primary problem. Before he released my vehicle, he requested additional time from me, to test drive it on the open road for an additional day. Kevin requested additional time with my vehicle, in order to reassure all parts installed were working properly and confirm the root cause of the issue was resolved and deemed safe and up to their standards before releasing. When you have a dealership who makes you and your families safety, their top priority, you truly can’t do anything else but be grateful for them and give your forever loyalty as a customer! Kevin and Brandon, as well as the entire Jerry Hunt service team, I appreciate you more than you will ever know! Thank you all for being so phenomenal and trusting! More

Today I had my 2. 5 year old grandson with me which had running about ten minutes behind. I checked in at the maintenance department. They quickly got things going. I s 5 year old grandson with me which had running about ten minutes behind. I checked in at the maintenance department. They quickly got things going. I saw my car being worked on within about twenty minutes of my arrival. It was finished and I was able to get my car returned to me ready to drive away. Total time for this service tripwsd approximately an hour and fifteen minutes. Great job guys. My grandson was not there long enough to get bored or restless. 😊 More

Everyone was going about their business to take care of the client they were working with in a very professional manner. The employees in the maintenance department were very friendly and helpful to me, an the client they were working with in a very professional manner. The employees in the maintenance department were very friendly and helpful to me, answering my questions and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle, he even told me about the second shop or building or expansion of your garage or service area behind the main building. To me that shows that your dealership was concerned with the needs of their customers being taken care of in a expeditious manner. They had enough employees available with a good knowledge of the vehicle and could explain what was going on with my particular case. They kept me informed via email, allowing me to make decisions as needed which kept the process going and got my vehicle back to me as quickly as they could. Parts were ordered and I will be contacted when they arrive and my next appointment will be scheduled at that time. I was pleased with the service received and with all the employees working me, both clerical and the especially the mechanic breaking down the work done today and explaining the next steps for the completion of my vehicles maintenance. More

Once they sell you a car, their customer service is crap! Called for 2 weeks after I purchased my highlander and received 1 return call which I missed and had to wait another week for another call back. They Called for 2 weeks after I purchased my highlander and received 1 return call which I missed and had to wait another week for another call back. They did my $2000 ceramic clearcoat and I called them as I had questions on how I didn't think it was done properly as well as a fairly good size scratch on my hood that wasn't there when I dropped off. They put a almost $600 protection on my interior which deters liquid, for my seat to still absorb liquid immediately. Called them the same day I picked up my car and haven't received a return call and were almost 3 weeks later now. Highly do NOT recommend. More
