How does this work? Service management doesn’t know how to serve their customers nor do their job. I’ve had to call other name brand dealers for parts when carvision said Service management doesn’t know how to serve their customers nor do their job. I’ve had to call other name brand dealers for parts when carvision said they couldn’t get the part. They claim to do an extensive inspection, but seems they do it with their eyes closed. They sell cars with issues that’s why they sell cars hassle free and don’t budge on the prices. More

Absolute worst experience I have NEVER been more disrespected and lied to as a customer trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told by a staff member of this establishment, not mo I have NEVER been more disrespected and lied to as a customer trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told by a staff member of this establishment, not more than 24 hours prior to showing up at an agreed upon time, that the vehicle I wanted was going to be ready for me to pay for and take home. Yes, I showed up at the agreed upon time and was told “another salesperson sold this car before you even got here”. This is the absolute worst, and dirtiest, car dealership that I have ever stepped foot in. After working in the car industry for years I can only hope that anyone who reads this review stays FAR away and if you must go, don’t trust anything you hear. More

So helpful! I came into the dealership when my car literally broke down in the parking spot right in front of the building. Going above and understanding the needs of the customer. From the time we enter the dealership and encounter Ms. janae Richardson we were pleased with her greeting and taking us as her clients. The overall experience was great and even thought there was a mistake made in the car we purchase , the whole team from Glen Sander to the young ladies (Denise) in finance and foster in service made sure all our concern and question was addressed. Glen and foster worked with me to make sure the Mercedes i purchased was cleaned and even work with me on getting the scratches and dings out of the rims. My wife and i was very pleased and delighted with the dealership and our purchase. More
