I gave Toyota of Riverside a high rating primarily because of the excellent service department. Our 2017 Tacoma has been basically trouble free for 8 years because the service department has given us because of the excellent service department. Service has been a bit lacking if late. I have bought three cars from this place and I have enjoyed their business environment but this time I was disappointed with Godwin who claims he knows everything. three cars from this place and I have enjoyed their business environment but this time I was disappointed with Godwin who claims he knows everything. All he wanted was my money not my satisfaction. I hope Toyota will not be fooled by his loyalty and loose a lot of customers. This is serious business. He needs to Do something else not sales or retire from that business !! More
