I called Lia Toyota and was interested in purchasing a RAV 4. The front desk connected me to Tina Zarlenga. I set up my appointment through her and she was my first contact at the dealer. I could tell right away she cares about her customers. The salesperson I worked with was Goncalo Costa. He was the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. He seemed like he genuinely cared. As well as very knowledgeable about the cars. I test drove 2 cars and a week later drove home my RAV 4. It was the perfect car and exactly what I was looking for. Before I picked up the car they inspected and detailed it as well as filled up the gas tank. The whole process was very smooth. I felt very comfortable at Lia Toyota in Wilbraham.
