This is not a simple review where I would simply praise the car, the dealer, the dealership, NO, this is a short essay about a difficult journey with a happy end. We were looking for a new vehicle for qui the car, the dealer, the dealership, NO, this is a short essay about a difficult journey with a happy end. We were looking for a new vehicle for quite some time. We test drove a few vehicles just to find out what car we wanted. We did some market research and determined the current car prices, APR and dealer's fees. Then we started to meet with various dealers and this is when life became difficult. It would seem that: A. Every dealer would treat us like we were illiterate beings with NO common sense. B. Believe and follow the phrases like "It's the BEST deal in a life-time of the universe" and if we won't buy it, the car will most likely be sold in the next 15 minutes. C. Every dealer would assume that we had no ability to calculate numbers and would offer us very unfair deals. D. Not a single dealer could answer a question - "What is the out of the door price of this vehicle?". They "just" had to go out for 10-15 min to "speak with the manager". Spoiler alert, you just need a zip code to calculate the tax. E. We had a feeling that we stepped inside of some elaborate scheme, where everybody is trying to take advantage of us on every turn: luring us in with low vehicle pricing then adding 20% + tax to the price of the vehicle. Offering 17% financing to my wife, who by the way has no financial liabilities, steady job and 780-800 credit score. After a very frustrating two weeks of meeting with dealers we arrived at ORLANDO INFINITY. What a difference! It was like a breath of fresh air. We worked with GORAN, he simply gave straight answers to straight questions, no dodging, no games, no unnecessary "let me find out" and then leaving the room tactics. He simply had a car at a fair market value and very fair dealer's fees. I told him my side of the deal: how much I'm putting down, how much I want for my trade, what financing terms I will be comfortable with....and can you believe it, he simply did it. Goran, you gave me the hope that there are still some very reasonable dealers in this world, who will take a fair deal if offered. My wife is very happy and I already decided that I will buy MY car ONLY from ORLANDO INFINITI. More
