Here are the names that I could Remember off the top of my head. Gordon Hatch -Sue Monte - James Gass -Jamie Berger and Bill Perry. Sorry I don’t remember the two technicians names that actually worked on my Rubicon but the were also polite. All from different areas of the Dealership but all very friendly & yes even when I wasn’t exactly at my best they didn’t hold against me. Even when the wife brought our vehicle in for service commented on how professional everyone was at the time. Ive looked at some of other people’s comments and I really have a hard time thinking they were in the same dealership I was at. Unfortunately nowadays I think some people give negative reviews because they weren’t helped quickly enough or in the back of their minds the dealer wasn’t getting to them because of their appearance. I can tell you my experience has always been a good one even when I wasn’t being so good & maybe just a little mean. But i realized after the fact I may have been upset about something and they still treated me respectfully. Thank you for being so polite even when I may not have been. I do give 5 star rating but the loaner vehicle was tiny I would’ve preferred maybe something like my Jeep Rubicon I dropped off. But maybe my next visit if I need a loaner. More
