The service was very slow (5 hours for just an oil change) and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone over the phone to get an update on how much longer the service would take. I don’t know how they could classify that as green. It makes me think they didn’t actually check it. I came in to use a coupon and after the experience I had I don’t plan to come back. More
