The only recommendation I have is to make sure there is a written order of what is being repaired/ replaced if the vehicle requires many items. After going over my list of repairs, I noticed a mud flap was r written order of what is being repaired/ replaced if the vehicle requires many items. The man who was helping me seemed to be annoyed, I told him I am a girl and alone so I don’t understand cars, I said can you explain what the car needs that will be an extra charge and what actually was do him I am a girl and alone so I don’t understand cars, I said can you explain what the car needs that will be an extra charge and what actually was done covered under my package deal, he was speaking so low to me and wouldn’t give me eye contact, he seemed to be hiding more and more behind his desk the more questions I had. I was going to pay for some extra services on the car that the man said my car needed which were not under my warranty BUT because of the way I was treated I decided to leave and go take care of those problems somewhere else. I refuse to pay money for services if I am being treated like trash, I rather go spend my money somewhere else where I will be treated better. I believe his name was Gordon but I am not 100% sure. More
