Melissa, Stephen, and Stephen made the process easy and comfortable, never pressured on anything, and were happy to answer all of our questions and guide us through the many great features and resources. The result was a new car one week after that first visit, having zeroed in on the RX 350, and now we are proud owners of a great car!
