The manager contacted me three weeks after purchasing my car regarding the check my bank sent, which was sent to the wrong location.Seeing as that communication being between my bank and the dealership/sale car regarding the check my bank sent, which was sent to the wrong location.Seeing as that communication being between my bank and the dealership/salesman, I do not know why I was contacted multiple times. Ensuring all the details of this transaction are correct were the responsibility of my bank and the salesman’s including the address on the check. I was informed Lexus would handle my registration process but upon being pulled over by a state trooper, I was informed that my car was not registered, and I received a ticket. I contacted Lexus and asked them what happened, and they informed me that my documents were sent back because they needed an actual signature, and not an e-signature done online. Due to the lack of professionalism I would expect from a luxury dealership, I would not recommend this location unfortunately. Overall the facility is nice, and the dealers and staff are pleasant but a positive attitude does not compensate for poor quality of service. More

Drove a 350L, loved it… But another salesman was taking a deposit on it as I was deciding on it. I wanted an L and inventory was not abundant , not in same price range.
