I was especially impressed with the value offered on their Certified Pre-Owned Mazdas—good pricing, extended warranty, and the peace of mind that comes with it. Speaking of the warranty options, the finance person, Andrew P., was probably the best dealership employee I’ve ever encountered. Very nice, calm, down to earth guy who truly puts you in no-pressure situations by genuinely keeping your best interest in mind. Even though I purchased a car that would be registered in another state (which adds some extra work), from start to finish, they made everything pretty simple and straightforward. My salesperson was Greg. The test drive and talking numbers went fine but he became noticeably aggravated at the fact that I still wanted to look at other vehicles at other dealerships that same day and expressed this agitation verbally. I felt as if there was no harm in assessing multiple options especially when making a big purchase and I had even mentioned early on that there were other options I was looking. This behavior felt unnecessary and made myself and my partner a bit uncomfortable. We questioned many times after leaving the dealership if we really wanted to give Mazda, with Greg as our salesman, our business. I ended up going with Mazda as it was the best fit for my needs and my price range, but definitely not without looking at other locations we could get the same car at because of this negative interaction. I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a good dealership experience. More
