A master class in what customer service should look like ! Pull in, to the bay. Greeted by name at the door. A brief exchange on what I needed. Out the door in 2 minutes. Get a call when it's done. Out the door in 5 minutes. I bought a 5 year old used Passat when I got to Florida, only because it had about 12k miles and it was a good price, and it was meant to be an extra car that would hardly get used. After 2 service encounters of this calivber these guys may have just won over a long time BMW customer.... More

Overly expensive and does not give the results of an “18 point inspection” to the customer. I hate buying cars. Really. I am very competitive and don't like to "lose" a negotiation. Not at all an issue at Sunrise Volkswagen. We got a fair shake and a fair deal. We will be back... We decid don't like to "lose" a negotiation. Not at all an issue at Sunrise Volkswagen. We got a fair shake and a fair deal. We will be back... We decided to trade our Tiguan leased vehicle for a purchased Jetta. Our experience couldn't have been better! We came in, the dealership had the inventory, we test drove, picked a color, and bought. The Finance and Insurance person was very professional, and instead of pressuring us truly helped us. I will continue to buy VW from Sunrise, even though I drive past another dealer on my way... its an hour drive for me, but well worth it for the outstanding Customer Service. Highly recommended! More

Service Advisors Grant, Jonathan, and Service Manager John worked together to really make a difference on the multiple issues our '15 Jetta TDI experienced over the last several months. Our very first vi John worked together to really make a difference on the multiple issues our '15 Jetta TDI experienced over the last several months. Our very first visit to Sunrise VW was an awesome experience, and all of the problems were resolved in just a few days. Unfortunately, a couple problems lingered, and some new related problems developed over the next couple months. On the last visit (over a month ago) for warranty repairs of the last remaining item, they provided a loaner vehicle since it was going to take a day or two to complete the repairs. We usually don't request or expect that, but it really made the difference after a long history of working together to completely fix every issue (especially since we live over 40 minutes away, and heavy traffic can double the driving time!) That is a very big help to us since that saved us from having to drive 2 cars there to drop-off the car for repairs, and then again to pick it up after completion! Everyone we've met at Sunrise VW has been very friendly and professional. Even though it took some time to get everything completely fixed, I found that by being patient and working with them, that allowed them to find & and fix everything to our satisfaction. After visiting other VW dealers in the area, I can highly recommend Sunrise VW over the other dealers with confidence - knowing customers will be completely satisfied if they give the same respect & consideration we have. More
