Amazing customer service, he always makes everything so easy and is great at providing call updates! I was worried that the new owners would hire new people and I was about to go to the Lincoln dealer over easy and is great at providing call updates! I was worried that the new owners would hire new people and I was about to go to the Lincoln dealer over 15miles out of the city based on whoever I first spoke with when I called, but Grant is always amazing and I’m very happy to stay as long as he is there. Great service. I was greeted by Levern upon arrival to the service area. He immediately had someone get my truck in for service.
