Good experience purchasing a used truck from Grant Misson I had a good experience with Grant Misson when purchasing a used truck. I didn't have a lot of time as It was a work day, Grant was accommodating and I had a good experience with Grant Misson when purchasing a used truck. I didn't have a lot of time as It was a work day, Grant was accommodating and efficient. He lined up a few trucks we went through them during my lunch break, I chose on but had some maintenance concerns, Grant had them addressed I returned after work and purchased the vehicle the same evening. 2000 Chevy Corvette purchase Things did not start out good. I arrived at the Dealership to test drive a car I had my eye on. I was greeted by a Yark Salesman, Grant Misson. Gra Things did not start out good. I arrived at the Dealership to test drive a car I had my eye on. I was greeted by a Yark Salesman, Grant Misson. Grant located the keys to the 2000 Chevy Corvette, parked in the front row on the Central ave lot. Upon examining the car it was found to have a dead battery. The Dearship’s battery jump box was also low on charge and unable to be of any help. We returned inside the Dealership to inform the repair facility for assistance, but due to high shop work load they were unable to assist . Grant welcomed me into his Office and we went over the car’s history and service records, carfax etc. I was told to contact him the next day and he would have the car ready for a test drive. True to his word the car was ready and We road tested the car. I made an offer to purchase the car and the Dealership’s fare counter offer was accepted. In summary, my first thought when the car would not start was to” walk away”. I know Grant’s actions , by going over the car’s history and assurance it would be fixed by the next day, maintained my interest . Turning a bad situation into a good one! We went back to Yark to see Grant who sold us our Chrysler 200 2 years ago. The car was totaled 11/30/18 from a driver who ran a red light. During this trying time, Grant provided the customer service that made us feel like he cared and was concerned for our need for another car. Grant took the time to listen to our wants and needs which he was able to provide suggestions. Grant went above and beyond by checking and showing us cars. When a person allows you to contact them while their on vacation and still checks on cars for you; says a lot about their work ethics and customer service. 12/27/18 we ended purchasing another car from Yark and we thank Grant and everyone involved for turning a bad situation into a good one!
