Perfect We have had so many bad experiences with car dealers over the years. So when we go we always are ready for a hard time and long drug out process. We I We have had so many bad experiences with car dealers over the years. So when we go we always are ready for a hard time and long drug out process. We I'm so pleased to say not this time! We started off with our sales guy Grant and he was so professional and friendly, he made it so nice it really was a breath of fresh air. After we picked out the car we wanted (not the one the salesman wanted us to buy ) yes that does happen , but not with Grant he pulled up the car handed over keys and we took it out to see if we liked it. When we returned he was all ready and had our Initial paperwork ready and went over our hotels of the car warranty. Provided us with good information carfax and everything that we needed. Then he introduced us to the finance manager Anthony He was also very professional Friendly andHelpful answering all our questions. He made the process completely hassle free and easy in-and-out. When we were finished we were pleasantly surprised Grant had the vehicle waiting all ready to go we were on our way home talking about the great experience we had at the dealership and not as much about the vehicle very surprised very pleased. We will be buying many new cars in the future from them. More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Grant Misson was extremely helpful and truly worked at my pace. I came in with an idea t This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Grant Misson was extremely helpful and truly worked at my pace. I came in with an idea to trade in my Wrangler because I wasn’t super happy with it anymore, but I wasn’t in a rush and wasn’t entirely sure I was ready to part with it. Grant let me test drive a couple of Jeep Grand Cherokees without putting any pressure on me to make a purchase. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, but Grant provided the answers to all of my many questions, options for the best car to fit my needs, and his opinion on how to make the finances work best for my situation. He was totally cool about me taking the weekend and sleeping on the decision to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. Once I decided to purchase the Grand Cherokee, Grant made the process smooth and quick because we were on a bit of a time crunch. Grant went above and beyond getting the vehicle cleaned after I made the purchase. The seats had a couple of stubborn stains that he personally made sure were cleaned, and he made sure the car had a full tank of gas after he made sure it was spotless from top to bottom. This wasn’t your average car buying experience. Grant genuinely made me feel valued as a customer and made sure that my wants in a vehicle and needs in my finances were met.
