Brian in the Buying Dept did a great job handling that, and I got more than expected for it. Next was looking at new vehicles and I am usually hesitant to car shop because of pushy salespeople. I was taken into Grant's office and we discussed what I was looking for. I test drove a 2016 Cherokee and loved it, but my wife wanted to see it as well. Came back Saturday with my wife and although I thought I knew I wanted the 2016 Cherokee, my wife found a 2019 Cherokee on the lot, with less features but better price and still under warranty. I had a tough decision to make and Grant was not pushy at all. He even stayed way after closing to make sure I was happy when I left. I ended up choosing the 2019 Cherokee and I am happy I did. The entire Yark staff was amazing through the entire process. More

GRANT MISSON ACCOMPLISHES THE MISSION!! I contacted Grant and told him I needed to shed some household expenses and I was looking for his help. He discussed options with me. The option we I contacted Grant and told him I needed to shed some household expenses and I was looking for his help. He discussed options with me. The option we took was to do a trade in for a new “used” car from him. This “used” car had about 9,000 miles in it, was model year, and still had the floor mats plastic wrapped. Really, this was a “new” car. He explained that it might be less costly to insure my new purchase as well. We made the purchase and cut our monthly insurance by $100 for the car and cut our monthly car “mortgage” by over $200. A visit to Grant saved us $300 per month! In the past few years, we have purchase two or three times from Grant. He gets it done! I’d like to point out that he also follows up after the sale. So many times, a salesperson moves on after the sale. When I have service issues, I call Grant and he helps me handle it. More
