Great experience buying used vehicle Went into Yark with an idea of what I wanted in a new/used vehicle. First step was figuring out how much my old vehicle was worth. Brian in the Buying Dept did a great job handling that, and I got more than expected for it. Next was looking at new vehicles and I am usually hesitant to car shop because of pushy salespeople. I was taken into Grant's office and we discussed what I was looking for. I test drove a 2016 Cherokee and loved it, but my wife wanted to see it as well. Came back Saturday with my wife and although I thought I knew I wanted the 2016 Cherokee, my wife found a 2019 Cherokee on the lot, with less features but better price and still under warranty. I had a tough decision to make and Grant was not pushy at all. He even stayed way after closing to make sure I was happy when I left. I ended up choosing the 2019 Cherokee and I am happy I did. The entire Yark staff was amazing through the entire process. More
