He asked about our driving habits, our family dynamics, our finances and how we would be using the vehicle we were looking to buy. After learning about us he gave great suggestions for what vehicles would meet our needs the best. He was very knowledgeable about makes, models, gas mileage, and features of several vehicles- and the one time he didn't know he said so honestly and looked it up on the spot. We didn't buy a car the first time we met him (nothing Grant did---we wanted to save a little more money for our down payment) and I was happy to find that he did not badger us or act like many sales people we've dealt with- just gave us his card and said to come back when we were ready. When we did he was ready with cars for us to test drive and we found a great car. Nick in finance was very busy the day we found our car but he was so patient explaining our financing options and what warranties would be best for our situation. He was able to get us a great deal under our desired monthly payment. More
