Simple “Jeep Wave” oil change and tire rotation, 6k mi service on my new Gladiator; had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Arrive on time for my appt. Takes nearly 2 hours to complete the service service on my new Gladiator; had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Arrive on time for my appt. Takes nearly 2 hours to complete the service - I didn’t complain, didn’t make some scene, treated the staff kindly. The lady checking me out was not friendly and seemed put-out when handing me my service report, and told me my keys were with the service writer. When I went to collect my keys from the service writer, he was also a bit rude and not at all friendly when I asked about an open recall and when I could get it scheduled. Seems folks working there are too busy to offer a good customer experience and that they didn’t like their jobs very much. Glad I don’t work there. I’ll try a different dealer for the next service, these folks are overworked or something - kinda felt bad for them. More
