My car went in at 8:45AM, and wasn't done with giving back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally i back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally in on side of Customer Pick-up Area. A Customer whose car was parked in the Area was pulling out of Parking and hit my car Back Quarter Panel Driver Side. My Car should have been parked to where it was safe for a Customer to pull out.
