Raul was patient in explaining the different features on each type of Tucson and found the model that met my needs. Worst experience ever! Bought a car over the phone. Was delivered to me in Florida with a dent on the door. They fixed it 3 weeks later. I asked several times when I would Bought a car over the phone. Was delivered to me in Florida with a dent on the door. They fixed it 3 weeks later. I asked several times when I would get my paperwork for my permanent tag. I was assured it would arrive soon. Temporary Tag expired after 20 days and no paperwork. I was lied to and told they would mail the paperwork to me overnight mail on the 6th. It wasn't sent until the 8th and arrived to an address in Orlando (not me) on the 10th. No follow up by the dealership to me. Not sure what to do next as they mailed the paperwork to the wrong person. Stay away from this dealership! More

I took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for its first scheduled maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. One week later, there was a dr maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. One week later, there was a drop in temperature and the tire pressure warnings came on. The tire pressure had not been checked/corrected during the maintenance so I had to take additional time and money to have that corrected. More
